1450UST Extrusion machine

The aluminum extrusion machine is mainly used for extruding construction and industrial aluminum material,such as aluminum and aluminum alloy profile,tubes,rods,etc.After heated by the aluminum billet heater to the required temperature,the aluminum rods will be transferred to the main press storage table by aluminum rod roller conveyor,as the mould in the center,the container in incubator locking and the rods will conveyed to the center position of extrusion press.Extrusion stem is characterized by short dead cycle time,pushing the billet into container which must heated to the required temperature before working,then filling,breaking,normal pressing according to technology program and the extruded profile will be conveyed to initial lead table.
