1. Before using the aluminum profile extruder, the aluminum profile extruder should be unloaded, and the equipment inspector should check whether the electrical and mechanical work is normal.

2. In the extrusion process of aluminum extruder, equipment inspection personnel also need to supervise and record the change of pressure. When the pressure is lower than 210 kg/cm, when the extrusion pressure is small, if it is not because the pressure is smaller, the extrusion should be stopped in time to avoid equipment damage.

3. The die face of the aluminum profile extruder will be produced for a long time, so the aluminum chips are attached to the cylinder face and the extrusion gasket. In order to keep the end face and gasket clean, you can apply a little release oil on it, but it needs to be noted that the oil should be avoided from entering the cylinder die cavity through the end face, causing profile contamination.

4. If the ingot reaches the specified temperature after heating, the upper die should be avoided by extrusion. To prevent mold clogging, the temperature should be raised to the specified upper limit.

5. After the mold is unloaded, it is necessary to check and fill in the model in the prescribed documents. Serial number, usage, defect location and other related information to provide basis for subsequent production and processing.

6. When setting the extrusion speed, it should be set according to the alloy impurities of the extruder object. When producing extruded objects with high impurities, you need to set a fast extruded speed. Conversely, when the material is not very high, the appropriate extrusion speed can be set. The temperature of the aluminum rod can be raised by reducing the extrusion speed, anyway.
